Real Estate Showing Assistant
We are looking for a highly personable and motivated individual to join our
growing real estate company as a Showing Assistant.
Robbins Real Estate Group is a growing real estate company with over 25%
share in our market. Over the next 12 months, we will dramatically increase
market share and expand our market area with the help of one talented agent.
The Showing Assistant will assist the Broker by:
Scheduling and coordinating showings with qualified buyers
Showing homes to buyer clients
Reporting sales activities to Broker
Assisting with contract preparation
Attending and assisting with open houses
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience showing houses to homebuyers
Has experience with TREC contracts
Has some experience in the real estate or related industry
Has some sales experience
Is highly sociable
Have some college education
Have an outgoing and friendly personality
Have a dependable, clean car suitable for driving clients
Be technologically savvy
Have a real estate license or the ability to obtain a real estate license
Be willing to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis
Be a non-smoker
This position is 100% commission with a very high income potential.
Starting pay will likely be in the $30k range for an average performer. A
high performing individual will earn over $50k/year within the first two
years. The next addition to our team has the potential to grow into a
management role with high six figure income.
