In March 2011, we were excited to receive two letters from ‘D’ Magazine
informing us that we had been officially selected us as one of the “Best
Real Estate Agents in Dallas” for 2011. After popping the champagne, we
promptly announced the good news via our website and Facebook.

After several prior winners complained about not making the 2011 list, ‘D’
wrote us to say they had made a mistake:

“Last week, we began to receive calls from real estate agents questioning
the results. Our editors investigated. We discovered that the contractor
and subcontractor had applied an incorrect algorithm to the survey scores,
that in turn generated an incorrect list.”

Our clients know we are among the best real estate agents in Dallas. We
will continue to stand on our reputation for impeccable service, and hope to
see our name on the Best Realtors list in ‘D’ Magazine in the coming years.
